Support tickets are now available in Kumo2
Create and track support requests from the Kumo2 dashboard, paste screenshots, attach files, link the affected resource, and receive the full staff reply by email.
Kumo2's new support ticket center is now live. You can contact our support team, keep the conversation with its context, and follow progress without leaving the dashboard.
One place for every support request
After signing in, open Tickets from the sidebar to create a request or review an existing conversation. The list is ordered by recent activity, and unread counts show when a reply needs your attention.
Each ticket keeps its messages and status history together. Clear labels show whether the next response is expected from support or from you. You can close a resolved ticket and reopen it if the issue returns.
Share the useful context right away
The message editor supports formatted text, lists, quotations, links, inline code, and code blocks. You can also:
- Paste a screenshot directly with Ctrl/Cmd + V.
- Drag files into the editor or choose them from your device.
- Optionally link the affected cloud server, object storage service, or bucket.
Linking a resource gives our support team the relevant ID, region, IP address when available, and a snapshot of the resource details. This reduces the back-and-forth needed to identify the affected service.
Each file can be up to 100 MB. A message can include up to 10 attachments with a combined size of 300 MB. Attachments are kept in private storage and are only made available after ticket access is checked.
Keep up with replies
When our support team replies, the unread badge in Kumo2 is updated. We also send a localized email containing the actual reply, so you can understand what changed before opening the ticket.
Your draft stays in place if sending fails. Upload progress is shown for every attachment, and a failed upload can be retried or removed before you send the message.
Ask a question before signing in
The same Tickets entry is available when you are signed out. It becomes a short consultation form where you can provide your email address, a subject, and your question. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse, and the message is delivered to our support team by email.
For an ongoing issue, signing in gives you the full ticket history, status updates, resource linking, and attachments.
How to get started
- Open Tickets.
- Sign in and select New ticket, or use the consultation form if you do not have an account.
- Describe the issue, add screenshots or files, and select the affected resource when relevant.
- Send the request and follow new replies from the ticket list or your email.
This is the first release of the ticket center. We will continue refining the experience based on the questions and issues customers bring to us.
